During a February interview in Food Safety News V.M. With all the excitement of the machine arriving and all the work that needs to be done to get it going, we wanted to share a little bit of the process with everyone! Starting up a new business can definitely be an overwhelming experience and takes an intense amount of dedication, but its all worth it. Now that the HPP machine has arrived we can take a deep breath and prepare ourselves. This is only the calm before the storm, but a good storm!
